Message from the founder
Dear Reader,
I would like to personally welcome you to the CanRise community. It certainly is an exciting time for health and human services innovation as we continue to grow and evolve, remaining always adaptable, motivated and responsive.
Today, not only is our organization faced with many changes on a micro-level, but we are meeting them in the context of much greater change both nationwide and globally. The world of health and human services innovation is an exciting area in which to work/study/play, and we’ll continue to meet and bring inspired people together to ensure our customers, partners and enterprises remain at the cutting edge.
We’re transforming the way we operate to continuously improve our ability to help the health and human services industry grow by facilitating connections among key partners, and educating those key partners in trends that pertain to homelessness, drug addiction and mental health innovation.
Our partners have continued to meet the challenges of our field and to excel despite setbacks. We should all be very proud of where we are today and excited about where we are headed. We’d like to thank each of your for bringing your expertise to our community. You have the vision, the knowledge, the wherewithal and the experience to help us pave our way into the future. You are truly our greatest asset today and tomorrow, and we could not accomplish what we do without your support.
We ask you to stay engaged, keep us proactive, and help us shape the future of health and human services, homelessness, mental health and addiction. Our personal respect and thanks goes out to all of you. Thank you for being a changemaker and a mental health advocate!

Employers and individuals intending to hire artists at the shelter for commission work can sign up with CanRise for Employer verification and onboarding process.
Employer, Artist Matching For Commission Art
Based on the commission stated by the employer, CanRise matches the commission with the right artist and facilitates a meeting with the employer.
CanRise Mediates The Transaction
Scope of work, legal agreements and payment term documents are signed by the employer and CanRise.
CanRise pays cash to the artists based on the milestones achieved.
